Both spaces include full use of all Ampersand communal amenities and equipment, high speed internet and utilities, and 24/7 keyed access.

- Shared common space/gallery - able to be utilized by residents & collaborators

- Kitchenette - refrigerator, freezer and microwave available for respectful communal use

- Kilns - Skutt 1227 and Skutt 1027 available for firings up to Cone 6 with a fee (generally between $30-$50 depending on length)

- Slop sink with clay trap

- 24/7 studio access with key

- Slab roller

- A/C & Heat

- High speed wi-fi

- Annual neighborhood art events held in May & Nov/Dec
